The Fireplace and Rescue Division (JBPM) is conducting an inner investigation into the crash of its Agusta AW189 helicopter on the apron of UniKL MIAT hangar close to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang yesterday.
JBPM stated that it might take follow-up actions in accordance with the findings and directions in addition to present procedures in pressure.
“At present, the Air Accident Investigation Bureau (an company below the Ministry of Transport) can also be conducting an in depth investigation to determine the reason for the incident,” it stated in a press release immediately.

Three JBPM personnel had been on board when the crash occurred. They had been Hasrizal Kamaruzzaman (plane commander), Che Muhammad Azlan Che Mohammad (pilot) and Fua’advert Jamaluddin (air- quartermaster).
4 upkeep crew members from Galaxy Aerospace Sdn. Bhd. specifically Muhammad Mohd Taib (chief engineer), Ahmad Zhafri Mohd Nor (avionics engineer), Mohammad Zhafir Mohammad (intern) and Ryan Xavier Julius (intern) had been additionally on board.
